Account Specialist

Affiliate + Performance PR 1099 Contract Remote, US 1 to 3 Years Experience

This role supports both sides of our business: affiliate program management and performance PR. It is a hybrid seat for someone who has spent real time inside an affiliate platform and also knows their way around a media pitch. You will work directly with our Founder and our Director of Partnerships and Growth across our DTC and lifestyle brand roster.

Affiliate Track
  • Partner recruitment and outreach
  • Onboarding and activation
  • Performance reporting and recaps
  • Program health monitoring
  • Commission and placement coordination
Performance PR Track
  • Media list building and research
  • Commerce editorial pitching
  • Coverage tracking and reporting
  • Product seeding coordination
  • Editor and writer relationship support
What you bring
  • One to three years in affiliate marketing, performance PR, or influencer partnerships, agency side or brand side
  • Hands-on time inside at least one affiliate platform, enough to navigate it without a tutorial
  • Short, clear pitch writing and an understanding of why most pitches never get read
  • Reporting that ties out and holds up under a client's eye
  • Comfort working self-directed on a small remote team
  • Creator and social commerce platform experience is a plus, not a requirement
